So I was watching Naruto earlier and ugh! After reading the mangas, from 1-5, the show pisses me off! They even edited out the "What the hell is this?" for something else that was nowhere near that! UGH!!! I hate the gay American censorship... But I'm broke and can't buy any uncut stuff... Althought Christmas is coming up, a lot of that stuff is like, $40 or something like that.... And Kakashi's voice pisses me off too! It should be a deeper tougher voice, not the guy that it is now... What do you think?

im actualy suprised it's done as well as it is...with the exception of narutos voice. i really have no complaints and just look at it like this, it could have been alot worse. just be gratefull 4kids didnt get their hands on it.
I would agree that Naruto's voice is kind of annoying, but the rest of the show seems alright, though the characters might be a bit too versatile in powers. It's the same problem I have with Dragonball Z. I don't know the original subbed or manga here, but from an American perspective, Naruto ain't bad thus far.

I think that means there's a good chance I could hate this show very soon, but not quite yet. I like specific powers, like the X-Men. Giving everybody any power they want makes for less creativity in applying techniques and using teamwork.
Well they say he knows a thousand techniques, and there is a reason for that.
Overall, most of the techniques the "heros" use are used by at least two of them. One ussually better at it then the other, as they are the one passing it down. I can't say much for the Dub or the manga. I don't have acess to the dub, and I can't read the manga (nor feel like reading a translated). So I've only seen the sub.
Well, I'm weird I guess... If I watch something before I read it, I'll go along with the show/movie, but if I read it first, I always go with what I read, which is why I'm never watching the Series of Unfortunate Events movie and I dislike the Harry Potter movies, dispite what any of you think! But I still watch Naruto, but all I'm saying is I dislike a couple voices... And the American editing, which from reading other posts, it seems like others of you agree, since there was a whole other topic on it.

Don't worry, it seems they all have a standard attack. Like naruto's shadow clone technique.
