...that are 30 minute ads? (I think shows like Transformers started this concept.)

So, if I watch Mew Mew Power or Megaman NT Warrior, for example, will I have to buy the toys now?

PS. How will they take the concept further?
short answer, NO! they don't stick a gun to your head ordering you to get the toys. they just try their hardest to make it the "coolest thing out there" to boost sales. also, it allows extra funding to the show's creator to pay the staff, and also for funding for the movies (example: Pokemon or in Japan, "Pocket Monsters" they made over 500 episodes, 6 movies,
18,000,000+ toys, clothing, keychains, videogames (which I love playing), vehicles- ie:Pikachu Buggy, and the Lugia Buggy, Internet fan site, starting Pokemon Cosplay at various anime gatherings which happen at every major city (just look for people who look like characters from games, movies, etc. (it's fun stuff ^_^) you know... that sort of stuff ^_^

hope that answers your question if that was what it was ^_^

**WHEW!**

*FINGERS FALL OFF*

uh-oh!...
I know how they can take it further!

But that's my little secret for now.

If I ever make this idea I have happen, I might need that as my trump card!
I think it's obvious that if you can make stuff from the show it can be a thirty minute ads. It's a fact that cartoons are just that sometimes didn't anyone notice that before?
...if they did find a legal loophole in a certain US law? (Remember, early in the 1950s (I think!), they spliced some footage into a film telling us to buy some snacks, etc.)

I wonder if that same law did apply to TV?
It was for TV. They put subliminal messages on TV telling people to buy more popcorn. And they bought more popcorn.
Nowadays, for Transformers, the toys are still good, but the show sucks, so I buy the toys (just the Deluxe size, and only the ones I like) and skip the show. Originally, the toys encouraged me to try Beast Wars (the show), and I loved it, but now that it sucks, the toys still have value. I guess what I'm saying is, it works both ways, though I've only bought Power Rangers toys for seasons I've seen.
Beastwars, I thought was a pretty good show. Its basically the reason i'm a fan of the series. Never got much of the toys, though. Wasn't a fan when they were still in stores. (Of Beastwars.)
Beast Wars ruled!

Cheetor was awesome and I liked Airazor too.

Beast Wars was bad ass, I need it on DVD though...
Huh?! *chokes in the water she's drinking*
