If you play "Songs In The Key of X", the X-Files T.V. soundtrack, before track 1, you're supposed to hear some weird incantation. I have the soundtrack, but I don't have equipment that can play CD's before track 1.
Also, Strawberry Fields by the Beatles has a subliminal message "Paul Is Dead"

If you listen very closely at the end of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon", supposedly you can hear part of the Beatles' "Ticket to Ride."
