Even if it doens't accomplish anything, the one's who sign it, at least they can be at rest knowing they made the attempt at changing something they disagreed with.

Well, so far only Texas is a potential target. I would've liked to add Utah, but it's the center of the Mormon Church, and I wouldn't want to get charged with genocide.
Actually, the northeast states are the safest; most of them voted Kerry, and besides, they were the first states in the union.
