Let him have the pictures, I'd say. Child pornography laws exist to prevent harm, and judging from what it says in that article, there's no harm that would be done here.

If this kind of behavior is normal for this guy, then if you ask me, he is more of a threat to himself. Therefore, naked pics of himself is the least of his worries. I personally recommend the straight jacket just to be on the safe side.
