Well, as if government-defined marriage isn't bad enough, we now face the prospect of corporate-defined marriage. A bunch of companies are suing a gay couple that had announced plans to sue the state for the right to marry. Why? Simple. The companies don't want to give benefits to gays. Now, I'll concede that maybe the government has some power to define marriage, but when Corporate America decides to get the same power, that's just going too far to the right. What do you all think of this?

Oy. So glad to live in a place where the whole gay marriage thing was settled over a summer.

But hell, that's not even the main problem. Pre-emptive lawsuits could have an umbrella effect over dozens of other issues too.

Oh good... I'm not surprised in the least by this bullshit. If this crap is allowed to happen, I swear that I will finally give up on America's future.

I might say screw it and go run for a high office soon but I'd need a good(smart) running mate if this keep going Vote the Intellegent Party!
