Synopsis: Guy takes a picture of his son mooning him. Guy sends picture to his ex-wife. Ex-wife takes him to court, claiming that he exploited their son and should thus lose visitation rights...

Good God. It's because of cases like this that I believe that child pornography should be more specifically defined as pictures of children engaged in sex acts. For all the hardcore pedophiles that the current laws have jailed, you get these cases where some idiot takes a picture that he shouldn't have taken in the first place, or you get cases of malicious people who exploit the laws to screw somebody else over.

oh..my...god, how retarded! i have trouble understanding this! a guy takes a picture of his son, then the ex-wife trys to get him arrested and thrown in jail because of it? i honestly think that the dumb bitch(the ex-wife) should be thrown in jail for a couple of years or at least lose custody of the child permently, what's she gonna teach the child? "when things aren't going your way, lie to the law and the other person arrested, then everything will be alright!" i know i wouldn't want a kid to learn that!

This suckes I saw a lot of pictures that were taken by there parents so what if there young and nude its something that shouldent be a crime.

yeah really my ass would be locked in some maximum security jail because i told someone to go fuck themself for god knows what reason (one really isnt needed for me)
