I usually go through a lot of trouble trying to get artists' permission to post their stuff in my site. But look, I get people who are posting MY art and MY guests' art without asking for any permission, occupying MY servers and not even giving me the credit. And I asked clearly in my site to ask for permission to take anything from it.

Hm. After taking a look at their board, this Jos D really hotlinks to whatever he likes. Not nice. Not nice indeed.
Going to mail/PM him and the Admin of that board later today. Depending on the outcome of that, banning might be an option. But let's try to talk first. Did you PM him, Zephyr?
Update:
I checked the board closely and discovered that this issue has been addressed there four weeks ago (if I read those various Babelfish results correctly) by a guy called "Havoc" in the Bondage Picture thread (Hey, I was investigating! ^^;;; ). Jos D agreed and stopped hotlinking immediately.
From my point of view, that is a nice change of heart, so I drop the issue at this point. That also means that I will not tolerate any insulting, name-calling or harassing on this board from now on.
If you still feel like poking him in private about that hotlinked picture that currently is on Page 7 of that section, then I can't stop you. But I kinda am against it since he changed his ways, thus making any bickering redundant.
I'll tell you exactly what happened.
I haven't been in my site for a while, but I sometimes checked the pages to see how it was going. Suddenly, there were several links to several inner pages coming from that forum. So I found out that 2 people, Gav Imp was taking ideas from my writing and Digistar DBZ's pics to write her own fics, and Jos D was linking like crazy to everywhere in my site except the main page. So I entered there and told Gav Imp that she was wrong, but since I "knew" Jos D from this site, I just told him I would take revenge on him for this *rueful smile* Understand, I saw RED when I found this out. She told that the credits were ours, but Jos D never showed up. So I thought everyone should know this, since this is the place from where he found out about me.
I'm not talking about the bandwidth, I'm talking about posting my art without permission. I said clearly in my site that I wouldn't allow it, so he's not an innocent thing who didn't know what was he doing. And he never apologized to me, so he might do this again, maybe in other site.
