I have a more effective solution. Show them videos of women giving birth. Ideally, make them videos of natural births. Without the aid of drugs, they'll see what the "miracle of life" really entails. Then show them the increases in their food, clothing, medical, etc. bills.

Actually, the British government has been trying programs like that for at least two years now. Can't remember all the details, but it involves girls being forced to push around strollers and listen to tapes of screaming infants.
