Somehow, I think the first picture/art of Taichi and Yamato 01 holding hands was done by Cook, (Or by the name/alias should my memory serves me correctly..) a doujin-ka that done art in some Taito related mangas I read some few years back.
Could be, I have no idea who drew them...
