This picutre shows some real promise... I think a few points of perspective may be slightly off in it, but overall it's the kind of picture that clearly shows who it's portraying.
I think the muzzle should be slightly longer along the top edge, and the angle of the nose should be pronounced because of that... and the eyes are lust slightly off, though I can't say exactly how... probably the shape.
Anyhow, a promising picture, so I'll give my two cents here: Keep up the good work.

It does look all right for a first attempt. Drawing digimon has a steep learning curve. But...
...With just the head, it seems a little incomplete, and I don't feel secure criticizing it. I'd like to see a full body pic.
