Digiartists' Domain Community!

Does anyone else besides me think we should have an Artist of the Month Contest like in the Author section?

I think that'd be a cool addition to the DaD.

This could be organized, but about the only thing we could do for a reward would be to move that artists gallery to the main screen, so instead of a letter it would show up as one of their pics, you know?

If more people show interest in this idea, I might give it a shot.

If the Powers that Be give this Idea the Go ahead I volunteer (as I have no Artistic bent myself) to Be the First Judge. I already Have a Good Idea for a Contest(actually a couple good Ideas ) Though other than Site Kudos I have no Idea what to offer as a prize.
