God I never knew anything would bug me as much as this! What do you call those furry things on the shoulders of Renamon? I can't remember that any lemon writers have mentioned them before, or maybe i'm just too oblivious when I read them that I simply fail to notice. I would call them furry spikes, proabably made out of bone or cartilage if you wanna get a good "feel" for them. And they are just for style I think

I had a thought once that the could be used like wing flaps on a plane to give her control and balance when she's running just cause she's so damn fast.
2nd thought: Could be some sort of sense organ like an air pressure thing like flys have to avoid things. (That's why flyswatters have holes in them)

I'd just call them a big poofs of fur on her shoulders. I don't think they serve any particular function. It's just fasion. She wears her fur well. Rika's mom sez zo.

I'd think that are just fur, probably more coarse than the rest otherwise it wouldn't really stand up all that well. I also doubt they serve much purpose except to make her look even more hot :)
Aside from making Renamon look cool, I think they are somewhat are tri-'protruding' furs (or tri-protrusions if such word is 'available') on her shoulders. Something to do with gliding and jumping gracefully, I think.
