On the bus there have been these two Junior High students sitting behind me. They are, out of all due respect, are a pain in the butt. The only thing they know how to talk about is sex, they cuss a lot, I'm actually surprised that they haven't been turned in yet for sexual harassment what with all the things that they've been saying to this one girl, and to top it all off, they seem to think that it's "fun" to insult me and to try and get me to loose my cool.

So far, this has been going on for a little over a month, and frankly, I am sick of it. Today, after going through just about two weeks of school work, doing at least an hour and a half of homework a day (two and a half at most ), being pressured to try to review for the quizzes/tests that have been coming up in my classes, trying to finish going through a butt-load of papers for my English class (not to mention a ten page paper on Henry the V that needs to be written sometime before Christmas and an almost 100 slide Power Point presentation that covers a given theme that needs to be done by the end of the year), I have began to slowly wear down. In fact, today was not a good evening for me to be on that bus period.

One of the two guys starts acting stupid (again), by trying to hump the seat. He hits my foot and I tell him that if he wishes to do that, then to leave me out of it. He says something or another and then says something else that sounds as if he is saying that he is going to beat me up.

I ended up losing it big time. I stood up, looked him in the face, and told him that "if he feels that he is big enough to hit me, then to go ahead, if not, then sit down, shut up, and do not say or do anything else for the rest of the year." The bus driver, after hearing this, writes us both up and says that we are going to be kicked off the bus for three days.

I don't know why, but is this just too much to put up with. Your harassed by two Junior High students who act so tough because they know that if I do anything to them then I'll most likely end up in jail, I'm plagued by a virtual mountain load of homework, and now I get kicked off the bus which means that it will a long hour's drive to the High School.

Can someone please lean close, and give me a shoulder to rest my head on for a bit? I think I'm going to end up loosing it soon.

There, there... A suggestion for future: get a small tape recorder and when they start talking trash, tape it and turn it over to school principal for sexual harassment. Those kids could be out of school for quite a while. Maybe even get session with head shrinker.

Getting a head shrinker sounds like a good idea.

As for the tape recording idea, I've tried that. Unfortunatly its got a very limited range, so it won't pick anything up on the outside of my bookbag (I need to have it concealed or else they won't act as they normally would).

Well, dang. Shit like this happens all the time in school. Beleive me, this will seem completley irrelevant in a few years. Until then, just take your revenge by playing pranks untracable to you, like like putting liquid chocolate in their gym shorts, tying their shoelaces together, or fucking thier moms.

Hang in there. Yeah, that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but I know what you're going through (honestly, I do!) and all I can really say is that it's going to pass. High school is full of having to deal with bullshit situations like those, ones that are grossly unfair but don't provide you with any means of rationally dealing with them. Teachers, principles, bus drivers... they don't give a fuck. They're perfectly capable of dealing with these situations but know that year after year, they're just going to keep encountering the same issues over and over and over again, and that nothing they do now is really going to make a lasting difference. So, they take the easy way out and give out punishments like this (while thinking that they're also teaching you a lesson or helping you build character, which justifies their action).

I don't know if you're male or female (maybe it would say in your profile, I didn't check it) but that would definitely affect how you are able (or unable) to deal with this situation. I don't advocate lying or vandalizing people's property, but during times like these, it's really one of the only ways you can take any action. It's not like the authority figures in your life are giving you any other constructive options. Or you could just try to endure it, and practice patience. That would be the best response and the world would be a better place if everyone did that, but we're talking junior high boys here, the lowest form of life on earth. They can't be reasoned with. They can't learn from their experiences. They have absoultely no sense of empathy, and thus, I sometimes think it is better to deal with such people head on rather than wait for them to simply stop bothering you.

I don't know what to tell you. Rest in the knowledge that life will not always be like this. One day you'll go to class (be it later in high school or in college) and people won't bother you for no reason. One day you'll be in an environment where people who constantly talk shit are dealt with accordingly. One day you'll wake up and have a new set of problems in your life, but they'll all be ones that are in your hands and which you are capable of dealing with. They won't be silly, ridiculous ones like this. That said, find people and things in your life right now that you enjoy, and revel in them.

I have also been through most of what you're talking about. I realize that it may not seem so now, but in time you'll forget this even happened, or they will anyway. Let me just say this, revenge is a dish best served cold! If they've violated your rights, violate theirs, at some time in the future, when they've forgotten all about it! Just make sure that only they know that it's you! If they want to settle up, hand them their asses on a plate! Guarenteed to get you some respect in the future.

My brother got in trouble on the bus, he meant to call a kid a Bubble Blaster (he's 8, stupid and watches a lot of Spongbob) but called him a Bubble Bastard instead, boy did we rip on him for that.

you dont need a shoulder .. what you need is theyr lunchbox and strycnine .... yeah lots of strycnine readely available in stores near you aplyable to lunchbox sandwiches easely giving a lot of stoumach ace or death in big dosages
yup .......... but if you want ot avoid jail I sugest for going for something more comicl .. .the good old coke bottle + X lax combo or something like that ... yup .. fialsafe indeed

Yeah all you need to do is fill a 20 oz part way with the X lax so it looks full and drop it so it will roll to them, and being the asses they are, they would take it and drink it.
