When my friends were around, we didn't feel anything.

When we separated, we felt sad.

It's good to cherish what you have now, rather than to regret what you have lost.

We will separate someday, somehow. We can't stay together forever. I hope you can still remember me after several years.

Don't feel sad, change is permenant. Life is short. The future is now. Goodbye does not mean the end.

Whuh? Where's this coming from?

Are you leaving??
:? I am ummm confused.

Something bad happened?
It sounds to me like he (I don't know, I'm guessing male just on default) had a friend move away (or something along those lines) and he never appreciated the friendship until now. He decided to take this opportunity to teach us to appreciate our relationships as a result.

Sounds like a good idea! I've done my share of having friends move and moving myself. It's true, you never realize what you've got till it's gone!

Egawd, dun talk about losing friends and stuff! oi, that takes me down the bad part of memory lane. Almost all the friends I ever had I cherished, but they rarely ever cherished me, and they either moved away or pretty much just said "Get away!" and this was before I even turned 10. *cries* cherish and respect your friends!!!

blessed be,

Nicely said Sabergatomon, but I think Joni Mitchelle said it best.

"Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got till it's gone"

Yeah it's pretty much the same lines of what you said, but she sang it beautifully to get her point across.

Accually, that's exactly who I was thinking of when I wrote the message! Wink
