Folks - what's up. I'm Scott LePew, and I took over translating the manga on the DHZ not long ago. I wanted to get started on "Digimon Adventure 02" (the one with hikari, a teacher, and two boys, in a bathroom stall, if ya don't recognize the title) a little bit ago, but the pages aren't scanned in very high res, so some of the kanji are hard to make out, and the pages flip up off of the scan bed near the spine, so I'm missing part of each page.

Anyway - Sonimon doesn't know who it was that submitted the manga. Somebody told me that he thinks it was Crackrat, but that he thinks Crackrat gave up digiporn. So I'm stuck. I need someone to either have that manga and scan it in nicely, or find whoever it is that does have it, and get them to do so. They can be sent to either Soni or me.

Your translating? well that seems like a good idea. I am in possesion of several RL copies of a few of the manga's at the DHZ, such as Digitama3-4, Youkai, and various others. I'm not sure I have the one your asking for though, I never collected many doujinshi that were strictly guy on girl.

If you needed any help I'm sure I could check over my collection if you needed scans and we could workout some sort of way to share the translations on both sites. though most of the scans I made myself and submitted to the DaD and mirrored by soni were done well enough the first time to make rescanning unncessary.

The lack of replies here is discouraging I know, not many people actually BUY these things, i submitted a great to the DaD myself, and a few tot he DHZ that were scans that were made avalible long ago on various places.

Anyway - yeah, I don't mind which place they go on . Either is fine with me. You'd probably have to talk to Sonimon about that, because he puts work in to it too, putting the translations on to the pages, though I don't imagine he'd have any problems either. It's a united world of digiporn :). And I'll take any comic you're up for scanning. I'd planned on eventually chewing through every one on the dhz anyway, and the ones here too, if there were discrepencies. I'd just say don't bother with the ones I've already done. Maybe eventually the ones Soni did before I came around. Once we're done with the others, I could make a project of doing those ones over.

As for scan quality, I'll take'em as big as you'll send'em to me. I have bandwidth to burn, and the bigger they are, the better. The artists sometimes handwrite, and do it sloppily, so when it's large I can make it out better. Plus I de-censor them, so it'd be nicer for zooming in and doing it well if I were starting out with big scans in the first place.

That reminds me I need to find my scanner and get that 2 doujins I have scanned in. I posted something on this a few months ago.

Well - if you could scan them in at really high res, I could translate'em and de-censor'em better whenever. They could always be sized down for putting up on the site.

sounds good to me. also has anyone here seen the digimon show by gabumon bu? (is that how he spells his name?) anyway i like them and hope to see more.
