Try www.restrictedsection.org. It's a whole site of HP lemons (although a high percentage seems to be Harry/Draco slash). You might also try fandomination.com, although most of the stuff there is slash.
Beyond that...well, HP lemons are hard to find, especially since the good folks at fanfiction.net decided to purge all NC-17 stories (BASTARDS!). Rowling has stated on more than one occasion that she's horrified by the number of lemons that have made their way onto the internet, so most HP fanfic sites tend to prohibit them.

That is one of the BEST sites for almost ANY lemon you can think of, and it has several of Harry potter. Just type what ever you want in the serch box. You can even look for a certan cahator. (I know I spellt it wrong, I am a BAD speller)
