Chapter 5: Love and Warship

As Suzie and Lopmon traveled threw through the Element Portal, they felt gusts of wind slowing them down. That was just a sight annoyance. They exited with a cloudy landing. As in, they landed on a cloud. Suzie coughed up some cloud as Lopmon shook it off. Suzie was a little to close to the edge of the cloud. She glanced over and scared, “Holy shit!”
She jumped back in fear. Lopmon ran to her.
“Suzie, what’s wrong?” she asked.
“We’re… we’re…” Suzie shuttered.
“On a cloud? So?” Lopmon said confused.
“You idiot,” Suzie yelled. “We’re on a damn cloud. We’re in the middle of the sky. Countless miles from a painful death. I was 5 when I died the first time, now I am only an hour ago in this body. I don’t want to die again.”
Lopmon looked at Suzie with sad eyes. Suzie did more damage in that one yell than all the blows she ever received.
“You have changed.” was the only thing Lopmon said.
Suzie’s enrage mood did a 180.
“Sorry,” Suzie said in her childish tone. “I panicked and switched into a mature mood.”
Lopmon was confused.
“I am 16. Or at least my body is,” Suzie said sliding her hands on the sides of her clone body.
She realized she had a slightly wider midriff than a few of the other girls, and a smaller chest.

Lopmon started to look around. There was a slight breeze up here. She didn’t see a city, but she did see three girls.
“Suzie, look.” she said.
Suzie glanced over and saw the girls.
“Cool,” Suzie said. “They might know where we are.”
Lopmon jumped onto Suzie’s back as Suzie ran off.

As they neared, they listened into the three girls’ conversation.
“This is sort of… embarrassing.” one said.
“I know, I know,” the second said. “But we’ve been threw a lot together.”
“Are you sure?” the third one said. “I mean… I haven’t done it alone yet.”

They got in close and saw the girls. They were a human, a Digimon, and a Crossbred. The human looked almost 15 and wearing a lot a pink. The Crossbred and Digimon looked the same too.
“What are they?” Suzie said.
“Biyomon.” was the only thing Lopmon said.

Suzie looked at Biyomon then at the Crossbred. She was about 14. She was human-like with pink feathers, a beak, and bracelets on her arms and legs. Suzie and Lopmon took a closer look and were confused. The Crossbred was dressed like… Sora from Season 1.

“Whoa,” Lopmon said. “Now that’s the weirdest girl I’ve ever seen. Right, Suzie?”
She looked at Suzie, or where she was.
“Suzie?”
She looked at the other girl and saw Suzie heading to them. Lopmon was shocked to see Suzie do something like that.

Suzie ran the three with a smile. She stopped next to them with a happy, “Hello, my name’s Suzie.”
When Suzie looked at them, the three were covered with cloud. Suzie was embarrassed. The others shook off the cloud they were under and looked at Suzie. Biyomon was a little mad, but her friends were not.
“She’s cute.” the Crossbred said.
“She’s a clone.” the human said.
“How did you know?” Suzie asked.
“I can tell a clone a mile away,” the human said. “Oh, my name is Cue.”
“I’m Aero.” the Crossbred said.
Suzie smiled.
“What are you doing here?” Biyomon asked.
“Nothing.” bluntly said Suzie.
Lopmon neared them and did a face plant in the cloud. The others winced as she did that.
“I meant to do that.” Lopmon said getting up.
Biyomon and Cue giggled.
“Just be glad we’re on a cloud.” Cue said.
“She did look cute with that face plant.” Biyomon said.
Lopmon started to worry.
“Please tell me you’re…” Lopmon said slowly.
“Lesbians? Sorry. We are not.” Biyomon said.
Lopmon sighed.
“But… I overheard…” Suzie tried to say.
“We were talking about a gangbang between us and three Hawkmon.” Cue said.
“Biyomon, Cue, and I love Hawkmon.” Aero said.
Lopmon and Suzie were relieved.
“I must ask where are we.” Lopmon asked.
“Wind Domain.” said Biyomon.
“Okay. Cool.” Lopmon said.
“This place is beautiful,” Suzie said. “But is there a city?”
The three nodded.
“We’ll take you to it.” Biyomon said.
“Thank you.” Suzie said.
She watched as Cue and Biyomon start off. Lopmon started too with Suzie and Aero following shortly after. Aero and Suzie meet a glance then blushed.

They reached the city, or town as it truly was. It mostly has young humans and Crossbreds with few Digimon.
“Small place.” said Lopmon.
“It was bigger,” Aero said. “But that’s…”
She looked at the cloned with a silly look.
“That’s nothing… really.”
“I bet.” Lopmon satirized.
Suzie looked at her and sighed.
“Don’t mine my friend,” Suzie said. “Her brain was damaged when cloned.”
Lopmon stuck her tongue at Suzie. Suzie shrugged it off.
“Please, I am a little bored,” Suzie said. “Um, can I visit Aero’s home?”
Lopmon was suspicious.
“I love to have you over.” Aero said.
Lopmon sighed.
“While you go with your new friend,” Lopmon said. “I have a few questions to ask these people.”
“But… why?” Biyomon asked nervously.
Lopmon started off.
“I had a bad feeling,” Lopmon said. She ran off saying, “There is an evil here, and I want to know what.”

As Suzie and Aero walked to Aero’s home, Aero was trying to get closer to Suzie. Suzie inched the other way. It only took them, 2 minutes to reach it. It was not special or glamorous, but it was still a home.

Within was the same, it looked basic, but Aero loved it. Suzie looked around.
“This is…”
“Simple? I know.” Aero said.
“Why?” asked Suzie.
Aero looked away.
“It’s all that I can get. That is… when my family…” Aero said sadly.
“What?” Suzie asked.
Aero didn’t answer. All she did say was, “Let’s just get something to eat.”
As she moved Suzie started to sense Aero’s depression.
‘She’s hiding something,’ Suzie said. ‘Something deep and painful, something…’
Suzie followed with a plan to heal.

Within the town, Lopmon was asking everyone about the town. And every time, she was ignored, scared away, or told it was none of her importance. Lopmon looked all over and was getting worried.
“This sucks,” Lopmon said. “They have a problem, but are too scared to say what it is.”
She walked to the edge of the town.
“All I want it to help,” Lopmon said almost defeated. “I only need a little info…”

As she looked at the sky, Biyomon and Cue walked in.
“Not having that much luck, eh?” Biyomon said.
Lopmon nodded.

Cue sat next her Lopmon.
“It’s hard to explain,” Cue said. “After all, our troubles happened 5 months ago.”
Lopmon looked at Cue.
“5 months? What happened?”
Cue and Biyomon looked at the sky too.
“It’s painful to remember,” Biyomon said. “But I can tell you this,”
Biyomon took a deep, soulful breath.
“The trouble started 5 months ago,” Biyomon started. “Before that, our small town was a huge city.”
“We lived in link with our Queen as the Jewel of Wind Domain.” Cue added.
“That was… until he came.” Biyomon finished.
“He? He who?” asked Lopmon.
Biyomon looked slightly down.
“We do not know.” Biyomon said.
“All we know is he attacks in a Shadow Cloud and bombs us to hell.” Cue said.
“Why?” asked Lopmon in censure.
Biyomon and Cue shook their heads.
“The only thing we can think of is he’s from Steel Domain.” Biyomon said.
“Of all ten Domains, Steel Domain is the most war full.”
Lopmon looked at them with a sad smiled.
“Don’t worry,” Lopmon said. The girls looked at her. “If that jerk from Steel Domain appears, me and Suzie will send him to the scrap pile.”
“Oh thank you.” Biyomon and Cue said together.
Lopmon started a fake laugh.
‘What have a gotten us into?’ she thought.

After Aero and Suzie had a light snack, they entered Aero’s bedroom. Aero was sitting on her bed with a depress look on her face. Suzie sat next to her with a need to make her new friend feel better. She placed a hand on Aero’s lap. Aero looked at Suzie then away. Suzie was starting to feel sad too. She had to do some about it, so did said the first thing she thought of.

Aero looked up at Suzie.
“With me?” said Aero with a hopeful tone.
Suzie nodded. Aero blushed under her feathers.
“I’ll gladly too it,” she said. “But I must ask. Why do you want to do me?”

She listened and heard a second blast.
“It’s coming near Suzie.” she said running.

Aero nodded.
“The Shadow Cloud.” answered Aero.

She ran out to get a better view. Lopmon was there.

Suzie and Lopmon looked and saw the Shadow Cloud. It was just a huge black cloud. Suzie powered up and blasted it.
“Good shot.” Lopmon said.
“Not really.” Suzie countered.
The Shadow Cloud vanished to reveal the evil Digimon.
“What is it?” Lopmon asked.
It was a huge brown blimp with weapons.

“Zeppelmon is a Warship Digimon with a bad attitude,” explained D-Reaper. “With his Sky Blasts and Aerial Assault, he is one Digimon not to take lightly.”

Lopmon and Suzie looked at the huge Digimon.
“Oh shit,” Suzie said. “He’s big.”
Zeppelmon faced them. He scanned the cloud.
“I see there are two new creatures in this Realm,” Zeppelmon said, “as if it mattered.”
Suzie stood strong.
“Please, Zeppelmon, stop attacking this town.” Suzie begged.
Zeppelmon roared.
“Is that a no?” Lopmon asked.
Zeppelmon floated into the sky. He took aim at the clones and at a few buildings.
“Aerial Assault!” he fired at random.
The cannons made dents in the cloud and destroyed the buildings. Everyone was fleeing to safety. Aero was one of them.

Suzie looked at her lover’s scare face. She also saw one blast destroy her home. That got Suzie streamed.
“Lopmon,” Suzie said. “We need to take out the cannons.”
Lopmon nodded.
“How?” she asked.
Suzie looked around. Without a word she ran off.

She planned to attack Zeppelmon. As he blasted one way, Suzie formed to energy blades and threw them at the turret.
“What?” Zeppelmon said when he was hit.
The bottom turret was cleanly sliced off.
“You little mammal!” roared Zeppelmon. “How dare you attack me?”
“You destroy for war,” Suzie said. “I destroy for peace.”
‘That was corny.’ Suzie thought.

Zeppelmon started to move over Suzie.
“If you think I used my strongest attack,” Zeppelmon said. “Think again.”
He was over Suzie. His Bombay Port opened.
“Prepare for the Sky Blast!”
A bomb dropped from him.
‘Shit!’ Suzie thought.
The bomb fell as Suzie panicked.
“I should have done this in the first place.” Zeppelmon joked.

Suzie powered up and tried to force the bomb up. The bomb was heavier than she thought and it took a lot to keep it in the air.
‘Damn.’
“Warning: Use the powers wisely. Beware of hits. Gages are now added.” D-Reaper said.

Soon Suzie saw the gages, the power gage of green, and the DNA gage of orange. Suzie saw her power gage weaken.

She felt herself grow weaker as the gage dropped.
‘Hell. Fucking hell,’ Suzie thought. ‘I just wanted to save this Domain. My lover…’

Lopmon was the helpless one for once. Both the bomb and Zeppelmon was out of her range. But she didn’t give up hope.

As Suzie’s energy beam started to weaken, Suzie and Lopmon heard a weird voice.
“Your efforts are full of love,” the voice said. “For that, I’ll help.”

The voice appeared and flew over Zeppelmon. She tackled from above and threw Zeppelmon. Zeppelmon screamed as he deleted.

The Digimon landed next to Suzie as the bomb disappeared. Suzie collapsed breathing heavily.
“Thanks…” Suzie barely said.
“It was nothing for Kazemon.”
Suzie looked up and saw a Kazemon. Lopmon ran to Suzie.
“We will meet again,” Kazemon said. “If… you survive the fall.”
Kazemon clapped as the cloud opened.

Suzie and Lopmon fall as Aero ran to them. She has an evil sneer on her beak.
“Thanks, Lover,” she said darkly. “But I hate clones.”
She at Kazemon then at the fallen heroes…
