I think it's Yellow. Like all classic Tokusatsu programs. Red/Blue/Yellow.
Haven't you ever seen a Power Rangers season? There is always a Red, a blue, and a yellow. As such, Nene would have to be Yellow. She is the girl as well. (action girl)

For argument's sake, Zenjirou would be Green (which is switchable with black) and Akari would be Pink. (She's the girly girl)

I was mainly going off the fact the Sparrowmon is Nene's primary partner, and yellow would match that color/primary partner scheme.

See. It just makes sense. A Sixth person can be whatever color they want it to be. Possibly white or orange or purple.
