In the call of duty Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer, you can choose what attachments or upgrades your gun has, you can choose 1 out of the list of attachments available. Akimbo gives you two weapons and is available with sawn off shotguns, Submachineguns, Sidearms and Machine pistols. FMJ gives your gun the ability to penetrate much thicker surfaces such as brick walls. A Tactical Knife is only available with sidearms, and is held alongside the pistol for a more instantaneous melee attack. Extended magazines is just more bullets in the magazine, simple as that.
Other attachments include:
Red Dot Sight - Reflex sight
M203 Grenade Launcher (with two grenade rounds)
Holographic Sight -Reflex sight
ACOG Scope - enhanced zoom when aiming
Thermal Scope (Illuminates enemy and ally heat signatures, ally heat signatures are marked with flashing strobes to prevent friendly fire)
Heartbeat Sensor (Provides a radar of the area in front of you, detecting enemies based on their hearbeat. Only flaw is it doesn't detect anything behind you)
Forward Grip - reduces recoil. Useful on LMGs.
Masterkey Shotgun - Underbarrel pump-action shotgun attachment. Increases a weapon's capability in Close Quarters Combat

So, it can be 1 attachment and 1 sight? Cuz playing Spec Ops I've noticed on rare occasions weapons were dropped with both a Masterkey and a red dot sight.

I would say being aloud to use 2 attachments if you like. I mean, not everyone has "Bling" on themselves. lol
