I'm sure he was programed to be male.

And as such, any discussion on Digimon Gender is this:

Digimon have Gender as a program. Like one or off, it's M or F. This only influences the way they speak, ways they evolve sometimes, and often times might influence how they act.

So the original intent of the picture at hand is to have Ruka being screwed.
They want Ruka prons.

If you want Splashmon prons make your own request please.

Well, Ruka is a robot, and the general consensus about shape changers that can change their gender, is that they can be of any gender... but whatever, as long as they draw Ruka as human is okay...

Well after month's of her debut I decided, screw the Rule 34 System, its time to apply Rule35 so I hear I am with my own personal picture and also the first hentai of Ruka. While not the greatest pic ever by any means I think I did a fairly okay job, Keep in mind I also tried to go for a more Teenage apperance, I do have more Loli toned pictures of her but this is the only one I'm posting for now.

Let me know what you think, Tell me what I should improve on and let me know if I should make any changes.

It's a nice toony style but some might think the vagina would need work. But still, good work.

Yah my style is fairly Toony since I try to go for a style similar to Puyo Puyo and Astarotte No Omocha
