Appearance: The Savior
Powers: None, but he is strong, fast, and agile considering he's just a normal human. He also has various weapons he uses in case of emergencies. Here's a list of the stuff he keeps with him at all times.

Background: A super criminal from over 20 years ago. Infamous for committing mass crimes of murder, rape, robbery, cannibalism, and jay walking.

Faithdale City, once a prospering urban environment, now turned crime infested slum of a city. Though no one knows exactly why, for many years now crime has been on the rise, and not just normal crime. Super crime has had a sudden explosion in popularity here, and the cause behind this is as baffling as the origins of the most of the cities villains, but one thing is for sure, its not for lack of heroes.
Although the original villains that plagued the city have been all but destroyed, the classical beasts such as Captain Ja' Ways, Demon seer, and Dark shot, only more have risen to take their place. In fact, the turn of the century has seen the rise of a new villain phenomenon, a rapid growth in evil females! Demon Flower, Genocide, Psycha, Goddess, Dree, and he small yet demented Child to name a few, have all risen to take their place, and crime has never been higher.
Despite the cities reserves of heroes, Navu, Techna, Flames, Draco, Mechus, and Time Siren, their method of capture and jail is no longer working. Murder is never the answer, and yet there must be a better way. The city needs a new kind of hero, one who is willing to be as good, and as evil as the city requires...

The night was young, and yet already trouble was about. Kitty, a young villain who made a living stealing shiny things, was already up to no good. Her genetically altered DNA allowed her cat like reflexes and speed, which allowed her to easily robe stores and banks. As it was, she was fleeing the scene of her latest heist, having just robbed a local restaurant, taking all its money, tips, and a good share of the fish.
"Nya! What a good start to a rich night. There is no better way to start a spree than with a mouthful of fresh fish!" she snag happily as she ran down the street, easily avoiding the police and escaping into an alley, planning her next robbery.

As the young woman ran into the alley a being watched over her. She would suddenly hear a thump come from the other end of the alley way. She would then see a pair of pure white eyes in the darkness, and watched as a grenade was thrown in her general direction, before a small hole opened up on it and it began letting loose a cloud of smoke. "Hello, kitty cat," a grave and rocky voice growled as the cloud of smoke grew.

"Who are-" Kitty said just as the grenades were thrown. She dropped the sack of money and began to jump up the sides of the wall, escaping the gas and landing on the roof. "Nooo! My money!" she cried out as she looked down over the roof, watching as her bag of hard stolen goods disappeared into the gas. Her eyes teared up a little she shouted, "You will pay for that whoever you are!" and turned around and began to run. "Damn, I didnt think any heroes were out this early, and it was only a restaurant, I mean sheesh, isnt Dree robbing a bank or something." She grumbled as she ran, jumping from roof to roof.

If Kitten looked behind her, she would see the white eyes chasing her, jumping from rooftop to rooftop with surprising speed and agility. Still, he would most likely hear the sound of machinery, and if she looked closely she would see grapple hooks shooting from the figure's hands, helping him move with such speed. The figure pulled out another grenade and threw it forward, and it would land on another rooftop, and depending on Kitten's speed, either in front of her, or just behind her. It would then unleash a bright light, blinding anyone who looked into it. As if that wasn't enough, the figure pulled out some type of gun and began shooting at Kitten with small darts.
If any of the darts hit her, she would experience a painful electric shock for at least twenty seconds. One other thing she may have noticed though was that the figure was shooting it rather slowly, waiting for the shot to miss or for her to dodge it somehow before firing again, as though he was careful not to hit her with more than one at the same time.

Kitty squeaked with surprise as she saw him catching up to her, the white eyes she had seen in the ally way. "Dang it, its not just some punk with a gas bomb." She groaned as she dropped to all fours and began to double her speed. Suddenly something was thrown in front of her and she basically jumped into a flash bang grenade. "Ahhh!" She cried out, blinded and tumbling, falling right off the roof and into a dumpster. After a few seconds passed she poked her head out and rubbed her eyes. "Ewww..." She groaned when she realized where she fell, and began to pull herself out, still half blind from the grenade.

The figure held onto his taser gun and ran to where the woman had fallen. He spied her, getting out a dumbster and returned his gun to his utility belt. He then pulled out a small rod and with a press of a button, the rod grew in length. He then shot a grapple hook onto another rooftop and jumped down, using the grapple hook to slow down his fall. He landed at the end of the alleyway and retracted the line before looking at Kitten. Using his staff, he attempted to strike at her feet, knocking her to the ground, where he would placed his foot on her stomach and aim one end of the staff at her face.

"Ahhh!" Kitten cried out as she fell to the ground. She gasped as he stepped on her stomach and growled for a moment before putting her arms out. "Alright alright you caught me. Just put the handcuffs on and lets go." she said, knowing she could easily escape jail again. "And be a little more gentle, your going to damage the valuables." She added.

"...." The man retracted his staff and put it away, back into his belt. He then pulled out a small black ball and pressed a button on it, dropping it next to Kitten's face as it began to expel a pink gas. It was a knock out grenade, and it should make the girl black out if she smelled enough of it.
If she did, and when she awoke, she would find herself in a completely dark room, with her hands tied up by a rope attached to the ceiling, and another rope tying her legs up and attached to the ground. She would also feel a hand rub one of her cute breasts through her clothing in the dark room. "Awake? Good," the voice whispered, as a pair of familiar white eyes appeared in front of her, so close she could feel the hot breath of the masked hero.

"Hey whats that?" She asked as he dropped the gas ball next to her head. "What the...smells...nice..." And she was out in seconds. She awoke several times during transit, though she entirely incoherent and always fell back to sleep a few seconds later. It was hard to even tell what she was thinking about when she awoke and began to purr and babble and then pass out again.
When she woke up she did so slowly, first opening her eyes a little and yawning before closing her eyes again and purring. Her left breast felt really good and warm, like someone was rubbing it for her gently, her nipples already hard. Suddenly, some part of that logic struck a cord in her head and she jerked the ropes that bound her and opened her eyes all the way. "W-Wait, what is-EEEP!" She squeaked as she saw the white eyes right in her face, his breath playing over her as the unknown man rubbed her breast. "St-Stop, what are you doing?! Where am I-Stop doing that!" she whined, struggling hard against the ropes, wiggling and straining as she tried to get free.
