It's an inpractical fetish, but you already know that. I dunno how many people out there actually yearn to be eaten alive, but I don't.
Doesn't mean the fantasy, with furries and without any gorey mess, doesn't turn me on. But that goes directly hand in hand with my macrophile fetish. The combination of both is called growth-through-consumption. The fact that the predator grows in size because they devour their prey haplessly is the central point of the fetish for me.
Dunno, guess we need someone who likes the simple act of just swallowing someone alive to feel them inside their belly to explain it.
To me, there's something appealing about the arrogance of the voreaphile declaring themself superior in a sense that they're allowed to devour anyone they consider a snack. But that's about it. It's all fantasy.
