@Masquerade: You cannot walk through enemies (Unit Z). Walking around them, therefore, requires an extra cell to be used during your traverse. Thus, you can't reach your destination. I'll put you near it though. (I3)
For future reference (@Everyone who needs it): When in front of Mov doubts, count every square your character has to walk in to reach destination (Knowing that you can't count diagonals as a single square and NOT counting the square your character is currently standing on). If the amount of squares that you need to walk in is greater than your Mov stat, you cannot reach it. Allies and Neutral units can be walked past because they don't engage battle with you, but Enemies and other obstacles consume an extra square as you need to run around them to reach destination. It's common sense, but I never really laid it out formally, so I hope this helps people.
