Eh, one life I think is enough. Once is fun I guess but I don't think I would want to go through everything over and over, potentially forever no less.

A question I have is if we did revert to and from stages, would we still keep our memories?

I think the procedure is that it effectively replaces all it's body cells with newer ones, which means that it is younger biologically, rather than chronologically. The downside is i think that this is only possible with more simple cellular organisms as more complex structures would either require too much energy to rejuvenate or would cause damage to the structure in the process.
