The "ninja" aspect of the android comes with its ability to become completely un-detectable through a series of stealth based technology, like emitting a sound that's so high pitched, human and even bat ears can't hear it, at a frequency that attacks the brain through the ear-drums, shutting down all five basic senses and other senses that may be around. It can also shut down and scramble radars, tracking devices, remote signals, communication devices, etc with a built in, top-of-the-line scrambling device. It also moves insanely fast, has insane reflexes and strength, and can produce numerous blades of varying shapes and sizes, from a special nano-tech fiber its coated with, similar to living metal. Its made of nanites that are half the size of a molecule, and so they can easily alter the chemical compounds and properties of its armor, like making it indestructible, light-weight, fire-proof, water-proof, magnet-resistant, EMP resistant, you get the drift. It also has a VERY intricate knowledge of anatomies, allowing it to make fast, precise, and accurate attacks that target all the critical areas and weaknesses of a target, allowing for instant kills. It can also adapt to fighting styles and tactics, so if it makes a mistake, which is rare, it won't happen again, making it unbeatable in hand-to-hand and tactical combat. It is also equipped with optical sensors that can detect heat, the sound of blood rushing through veins and heartbeats, see clearly in pitch darkness, see clearly in blinding flashes of light, and a optical ability that allows it to sense living things, making it nearly impossible to get away unless one was dead. Even then, it'd find the body with its' enhanced artificial olfactory senses, which can hunt down a scent from across the globe. Its sound sensors are also very well developed, making it nearly impossible to get the drop on it. Its speed far exceeds Mach 5, and it can move so fast as to vanish and reappear several kilometers away in a single step. Its nano-tech fiber plating is streamlined and designed to cut down friction, so instead of breaking the sound barrier, it bypasses it, making it silent. It can switch that function off and repeatedly attack something with sonic booms.

The "cowboy" aspect merely means it has a top-of-the-line multi-targeting and multi-lock-on system, allowing it to kill things with a headshot from a maximum of ten miles away by calculating the movement of the earth, wind speed, and movement of the target. Likewise, it can fire a bullet that can ricochet off obstacles several times until it hits it's target. It can produce innumerable firearms like it does with blades, from fifty caliber machine guns, vulcan cannons, mini guns, gattling guns, shotguns, all loaded with special bullets it generates within itself with its nanites, which merely need to take in matter, like carbon, or lime, or what ever, to compress into high caliber slugs or canon shells. After all, even bullet proof vests aren't that bullet proof. Its specialty is lasers, which can be intense and manipulable enough to make a crisscross net that can slice cleanly through anything, or fire a straight beam of pure destruction to level an entire city, or it can be soft enough to make a laser-lasso to catch people and not harm them. It also has advanced hologram technology to make it look like anything it wants.

The "weapon of mass destruction" aspect of the android is that... a weapon of mass destruction. It uses intense lasers, missiles, bombs and nanites. Its body can release floating spheres the size of large marbles that dart around so fast its nearly impossible to see them with the naked eye, and they fire high intensity guided lasers, or explode with the strength of C4 bombs if they want to. It can shoot a multitude of missiles, again, created by the nanites, powered slightly by the android's nuclear-powered core each, making for a highly destructive weapon. Lastly, its nanites are self-reproducing, so they heal/repair what ever damage is done to it. The android can also unleash these nanites in a silvery storm that disintegrates all it comes in contact with down to the molecular level turning the matter they consume into more nanites, not unlike the ones in "The Day the World Stood Still". Its body can release bigger spheres that shoot out into orbit, and can fire down super lasers with surprisingly high accuracy and precision from space. They can also come together and form a huge orb that unleashes a powerful orbital bombardment laser like the ones shot from spaceships in "Independence Day". Finally, if its' ever defeated without any chance of repair or success, which is nearly impossible because even if it managed to get damaged, the nanites can rebuild it nearly from scratch, it would detonate itself like a nuclear bomb.

No one has any idea WHO built the android or who programmed it (that's up to you). But it's called SLAYER.

What about...

An immortal vampire who was trapped under ancient ruins for 10,000 years, but escaped during an excavation? The vampire can speak, read, write and understand every language on earth because the underground ruins magically brought him things to read on their walls. He knows a lot about ancient and old cultures up to the 1200s, but after that, he's unfamiliar with the world, and is quite naive about things like telling humans apart by appearance and gender, how to be modest, how to act in public, etc. He isn't evil, he's just really... well, really, really dumb- but smart at the same time.

He has the ability to read minds, use telepathy, has powerful telekinetic abilities (like enough to lift the empire state building with little effort and keep it intact, crush and condense it down to the size of an ultra dense marble, or take it apart from the molecular level- but he doesn't know much about molecules and new physics yet, so he can't do that just yet, and is fascinated by new knowledge and the simplest of things, like how you get graphite inside a pencil, or how fast photographs develop) and all the branches of telepathy, like speeding up the vibration of molecules to make them combust (pyrokinesis), slow down the vibration to take away heat and cause cold (cryokinesis) etc, but doesn't know how to use that exactly until he reads a book on molecules.

He can also manipulate darkness, teleport, has extreme shape shifting abilities (can turn into various animals, monsters, can turn into blood or mud, or sand, or stone, or other people, etc), weather controlling abilities, animal communication, can control blood (and turn blood into spikes or blades, control people like mannequins, etc), but doesn't necessarily need to ingest it. He can survive in sunlight, but it hurts his eyes, so he needs to wear sunglasses, and his abilities are only at a 1/10 of their original powers.

He is after all, a true immortal. He doesn't age, doesn't feel pain, doesn't hunger- but he does like tasting food. The only thing that keeps him from doing bad things is the fact that he's very naive, not at all evil, and is generally a decent person who happens to be lost in time. His reaction to being attacked would be as if a friend pleasantly surprised him. He's supernaturally strong, fast, and regenerates almost instantaneously to the point where losing a limb just makes it regrow from smoke.

He can also have an addiction to video games. X3

And he never needs to sleep, so he's constantly bored and has the need to wander. He doesn't know his own strength sometimes and can cause actual harm though, despite being able to heal others by stimulating their cell-reproduction rate with his psychic powers (he doesn't know how to do that yet), and so he needs to be on watch. Everyone wants him though, for experiments, for questioning, for killing, for the secret to immortality, he's a treasure trove to scientists.

Oh, and he has TONS of vampire OCDs. He can't cross flowing water- well- he can, but he just doesn't want to. He avoids the cross and other religious motifs, but only out of respect. He's allergic to garlic (smelling garlic makes him sneeze, and eating garlic makes him cough and turn green temporarily). He has to count EVERY grain of rice or wheat or bead that's spilled on the ground, and if presented with a chord with several badly done knots, he has to undo them one by one and redo them properly.

He is of course, a hardened warrior with hundreds of years of experience, though his time underground made him soft, his body remembers every style and combat reflex, and his mind knows every tactic (it is IMPOSSIBLE to beat him at chess, even though he just started playing a moment ago) ever recorded. He would much rather play games and eat chips though. He finds emos and goths creepy. X3
