What is your Favourite Type of Cuisine?

Ooh Chinese is awesome yeah :D
I also love Szechuan food, I hope I spelled that right. I'm a chili and pepper guy, and that kind of chinese cuisine delivers in the heat category, majorly! Mah Bao Tofu is the best dish they have and best eaten with rice. Its a really hot hard tofu dish with minced pork in a hot chili oil base. :D
