WTF? Digimon and Sonic PAY SITES??

Now that I'm looking at it, it might not be the artist. There seems to be an awkwardness about some of the pictures, while other pictures seem spot on.

For example, these two non-pay site pictures that were released about the same time as the pay site:

I'm curious if anyone else notices the difference, or if I'm just imagining that half of the pal content is shit.
