I suppose one of my most common catch prase is to say "Awesome sauce" alot, i also say "Oh no wait hold on..." when i realise i've said something really stupid or unintentionally erotic but methinks thats more of a habitual correction then a catch phrase.

Saying a sarcastic solution to a problem:

"Just re-route it, duh."

When I get hit, or made physical contact with a force:

"...feels good!"
