webhosting site discussion

I don't know where else to put this.

I am looking for a webhosting site,that will allow me to have a forum/message board,and 2 open spots on the home/front page for a webcomic and/or a flash cartoon.


Sort of like the VG Cats & Homestar Runner sites,but combined.

What is your advice?
