In your opinion of course, but please elabourate on your reasoning.
Personally, i think it has to be Season 3. It had Renamon, Guilmon, Rika, Jeri and Leomon, along with not that many obnoxious characters used for filler. Many of the episodes practically invited sexual deviation, with very close relationships built between characters and a variety of inuendos slung throughout the dialogue. :D

I pick Savers. Heck, I think one or two episodes feature Yoshino and the other gals getting 'upgrades'.
