Natural Abilities: The ability to grant a wish, though that wish cannot directly affect a person's mind, their body or directly cause any harm- and slow regeneration.
Unique Skills:
Goddess Wish: A direct wish that allows her to summon any kind of object or element. (Eg. A stream of water, or create something out of thin air). However, after two uses Pandora is stuck having to stay around the one she chooses for a time before being able to use it again.
Godhand: Summons her weapon(s) to her hands whenever needed, and can make them disappear when she wants to.

Teleportation – She can teleports herself, and a companion, for small distances. She can’t use this skill too many times in a row since it wears her down.

Split- This really isn't an ability... this weapon can split into dual swallows if she unlatches the lock, and can be easily set back to it's quad blade form.

Magic Fire- Can manipulate fire where there is any and in any form she desires.

Live Wire: Absorbs electrical/energy attacks.
Fire Wall: Prevents basic status ailments such as Poison, Paralyze, or Blindness. Doesn't protect against higher tier status effects such as Stop, Stone, or Instant KO.
Unique Skills:
Hack: Allows Kotana to pierce an enemy's mind, scrambling their thoughts for a random amount of damage. It's very effective against machines and enemies with cybernetic upgrades, causing them to malfunction.
Gamma Ray: Allows Kotana to shoot a large bolt of electricity from her palms, striking all enemies in her line of sight. Kotana must rest momentarily (lose 1 turn) afterwards due to the power of the this ability.

Persistence: Phantom Blood has Auto-Life once per battle.
Unique Skills:
Commanding Voice: Summons minions and monsters from out of nowhere to aid Phantom Blood's party.
Legendary Fleet Foot: Allows Phantom Blood and his party to run away with a 100% success rate. Can also be used to "teleport" to previously visited locations.
