The Dome (an anthro Pokemon myster esque RP)

((Had this idea for some time and wanted to see if anyone was interested.))

The Dome is a place of mystery. To say that it is massive is entirely true. It is so large that it could include several large cities and still have room left. However it is not empty. This strange structure holds a selection of various environments ranging from a small desert, a small mountain range complete with its own cave system, a fairly large forest, and an equally large lake. The dome properly maintains all of these environments constantly monitoring their status and mimicking natural weather conditions in each setting.

The upper half of the dome has various lighting systems and other pieces of strange technology that keeps the interior of this unique place comfortable and sustainable. The lower half appears to be thicker, enough to contain something more but what it could be is unknown. Strange sounds and rumblings can be heard beyond the dome but what lies out there is nearly impossible to discern.

This Dome is also not void of life. Contained within it are a group of beings. They are humanoid but appear to have been combined with animals. None of them know exactly how they arrived here nor who built this place or why. Few claim to have memories of a time gone by where they were normal humans but even they are not sure if those scattered images are real or not.

Why is this Dome here? Why are these people here? Were they ever human? Who was able to build such a place? What lies beyond the boarders of The Dome? Is it even possible to leave?

You will have to enter to find out.

Greetings one and all. This RP is about the mysteries surround the massive and complex structure known only as The Dome. Dare you enter to figure out what purpose this place serves?

Rules

1.No godmoding-pretty basic rp rule but it still must be mentioned.

2.No killing of other people's characters unless they say it is alright.

3.You can be an anthro of any of the currently known pokemon except for the legendaries

4.Your characters can have powers but they don't have to be pokemon attacks but still have to relate to the type of pokemon you character is an anthro of. For instance a fire type anthro can't have water powers.

5.Sex of course is fine and somewhat encouraged, so long as you leave room for plot, so feel free to indulge if you so wish.

6.All character arrive with no memory except for their name,age, and knowledge of their abilities. While you can say your character has some memories they are never distinct and do not provide clues about The Dome, though they all have a feeling that they are here to start anew but why they would need to do so is unknown as well. Also it should be noted that the characters have nothing at all on them no weapons, no extra food, and no clothing.

7.You may have 8 characters max but you do not have to have nearly that many.

Appearance: Shapely hourglass figure, lightly toned muscles, fur becomes long and vibrant on her head with long bangs. Indent on the tip of her tail, Blue eyes, short yellow fur, has brown fur markings on her back. Has a red furry circle on her cheeks.
Personality: A light hearted, laid back girl. Easily fooled.
Abilities: Amasing control over thunder and lightning, with enough concentration can conjure up a thundering hurricane.

Pokemon Breed: Houndour

Personality: Docile and fiercely loyal, despite the way her body looks she will fight with unrivaled fierceness to protect herself or those she trusts, and if she doe s not trust you she will watch you carefully, takeing note of whatever move you make.

Appearance: The female is covered in the short black fur of her species she has a red underbelly and snout. She also has short, pointed ears and tail. There are white bands on her ankles and back. She also appears to have a skull on her forehead and ribs on her back going across her front. She has scars and nicks crisscrossing the bony ribs on her back, and scar flesh where something nicked the skin. Her hair is long and black falling form the skull like hat and over her back. Her weight is mostly attributed to her tightly packed muscles, but she has a bit of pudg on her belly giving her a tiny bit of cute flab and rounded puppy like cheeks. She has sparkling emerald green eyes that are normally the first feature people can point out on her.

Abilities: Basic control over fire and nice normal strength and speed for her size.

Appearance: He is a fairly normal in terms of Eevee's browninsh coloration but seems to be a bit lighter. Eyes are dark grey. Both ears are about a foot long each. Has a small mane around neck that reaches out to his chin and down to his shoulders and is nearly white. Has a light build without too much muscle definition. Has a two and a half foot long fluffy tail with a nearly white tip.
Personality: Relatively carefree. Generally remains calm even in somewhat hectic situations. If someone he cares about is seriously threatened he will do his best to protect them. Does not like the fact that he looks so young nor does he like it when people mistake him for being younger or calling him kid or something similar.
Abilities: Is quite fast and agile even more so for someone of his size. However he can take a very large amount of damage before finally being taken down. He does not have much in terms of brute strength but has plenty of endurance.

Appearence: Has a fairly good muscle definition and muscle size. Has 6" long dark green leaves coming out of his wrists, ankles, and around neck. Light blue eyes. Dark brown short fur covering most of his body. Has 1' long dark green ears and 2' long dark green tail shaped somewhat like a leaf.
Personality: Emphasizes the look before you leap mentality. Usually thinks through various possibilities before taking action. Luckily he is capable of doing this very quickly but his actions are still well thought out. Finds those capable of making things up as they go and still succeeding to be interesting.
Abilities: Can regenerate damage by basking in plenty of light. Leaves on wrist and ankles are sharp enough to use as blades in a fight, he is even capable of firing them at an enemy but they will grow back fairly quickly. Has limited control over nearby plants.

Abilities: Reads peoples aura's, easily telling them bad from good, his aura appeared around his firsts when fighting, has a bit of mind reading.

(ok, so, I made my post. It's not much, but it gets my character started at least.)

Lufty was laying in a clearing in the forest area by herself, staring up at the artificial sky, wondering what could possibly exist beyond the massive dome she was and others like her were contained withen. "I can't remember anything....." She thought out loud. "Except for my name, and other basic information... It's... Annoying.."

Elan stretched as he looked out over a small clearing in the forested area of this strange place. He had been exploring for awhile and decided to rest a little in one of several trees. He had only met one other person here so far. His name was Leon and was not far off from where Elan lay in the tree. Leon was also relaxing basking himself in the light, one of his favorite pastimes.

Both wondered what this place was and why they were there. Neither could provide the other with any kind of explanation so they dropped the matter for the time being. "Hey Leon," shouted Elan from his tree branch resting place "don't stay out in the sun for too long don't want to get burnt or anything."

"First off this is not sun," replied Leon "I can already tell that this place is an enclosed environment and the light is fabricated. Secondly I don't burn."

Elan just shrugged and settle back down into a comfortable spot.

The tell female was hot, as simple as that, with the sun beating down upon black fur it was an unpleasant time even for the fire-type pokemon, at least that is what she thought she was a fire-type pokemon, she couldn't remember much more than basic memories, but she thought that maybe she did not want to remember after seeing the reflection of the old nicks and cuts on her back in the pond she woke up next to. The female wandered into a small clearing, seeing a flash of brown fur a little ways away up in a tree thanks to her impressive height, at least she was not alone. Her keen emerald eyes looked the shape over, he looked harmless enough, much smaller than herself, hopefully not a major threat but she was still unsure if he could be trusted. She knew he was there however, so her course of action was clear, walk out and watch him, see if he responds harshly to her presence.

She walked out into the clearing, looking unaware of his presence and never haveing caught sight of his friend or their conversation.

Leon quickly sat up have absorbed more than enough sunlight for the time being. He was about to head back over to where Elan rested but something caught his eye. A little ways away near the edge of the clearing he could have sworn he could see something. Strange why did I not notice that before? he though and began to head toward something yellow.

Elan watched as Leon began to leave and was about to say something before his attention was diverted. Out of the corner of his eye he spotted someone entering the clearing. So there are other people here! he thought excitedly. "Hello down there!" he said smiling and waving at the black newcomer.
