Alright i got an paper due and i need some data, it's about stress so just answer these questions. I just need three responses and i can only have one person under 18 so please the faster the answers the better.

I dunno if you wanna use my answers, but here we go...

Answers:

1) the world taking a giant shit on you.

2) 25

3) chainsmoking, coffee, and masturbation

4) ...unhealthy.

5) cavemen getting chased by giant carnivores had less stress than we do today.

6) life itself. Namely finances.

7) 2-3 days a week.

8) depending on the situation, like combat, or the aforementioned giant carnivore.

9) a lot. I spend more time in bed trying to ignore it than doing other things.

10) harder. It'll be 1929 allover again. You watch. Unless, of course, those conspiracy theorists are right, and the world ends in 2012. In that case we'll all be dead anyway.


...and, no, these aren't joke answers. This is how I REALLY feel about my stress.

1.What do you think Stress is? I think stress is a driving force that makes us do or don't do certian thing.
2.On a scale of 1-10 how much stress do you deal with on an average day? 5-7
3.What do you do to relieve stress? Hang out with friends, play video games
4.Do you think stress is healthy or unhealthy? Healthy to a point
5.Do you think people have to much stress in modern days? yes
6.What is the biggest cause of stress in your life? School
7.How often do you think you get more stress than you can handle? Very rarly
8.Do you think there are times where stress is good and times where stress is bad? If so give an example. Yes. When too many bad things have happened to you as in You've had a very bad day and it stressed you out to an unhealthy piont, then you find out your (insert loved person here) died.
9.How much does stress affect your day to day life. A bit but not a huge amount
10.Do you think the next few years will be easier or harder? Explain. Easier because I have been getting more friends to help with problems in my life and have been getting more courage to do things.

Stress is mostly you get from being bored, anger, exhaustion, and being irritated

2.On a scale of 1-10 how much stress do you deal with on an average day?

I have no idea, it happens randomly.

3.What do you do to relieve stress?

Music, chatting my boyfriend, rping, masturbation*like cowboy said*, videogames, drawing, daydreaming, singing, and best of all sleeping!

4.Do you think stress is healthy or unhealthy?

Actually stress is kinda healthy, as it keeps you more focus. However too much of it can cause problems.

5.Do you think people have to much stress in modern days?

I believe so.


6.What is the biggest cause of stress in your life?

Hunger.

7.How often do you think you get more stress than you can handle?

A couple of days but, I learn how to deal with it but sometimes I let it all out.

8.Do you think there are times where stress is good and times where stress is bad? If so give an example.

Well like my teacher says it keeps me focus, but also letting out stress at someone else can give problems depending on the person your talking with.

9.How much does stress affect your day to day life.

Almost everyday.

10.Do you think the next few years will be easier or harder? Explain.

- A condition in which our bodies and minds adapt to certain types of changes, usually caused by irregularities.

2.On a scale of 1-10 how much stress do you deal with on an average day?

- 6.

3.What do you do to relieve stress?

- Listen to rock music. Play Games. Punch walls. Kinda need new methods.

4.Do you think stress is healthy or unhealthy?

- Both. Humans need to be adaptating constantly at everything new that comes to them. Extended times without any changes may result in unhealthy stress when an irregularity happens.

5.Do you think people have to much stress in modern days?

- No.

6.What is the biggest cause of stress in your life?

- The Future.

7.How often do you think you get more stress than you can handle?

- When things don't go my way.

8.Do you think there are times where stress is good and times where stress is bad? If so give an example.

- It's good when the subject is adaptating or changing themselves willingly. It's bad when they are forced to live anguishly over a mentionable change.

- All the time. I'm a human being.

- Can't explain what I don't know.

1.A natural occurrence in our bodies where adrenaline is forced into our blood stream so we can survive life-threatening situations E.G being eaten by a lion
2. About 4, can go up to 8 though
3. release energy in a majority of ways. the activity releases the stored up adrenaline.
4. can be unhealthy if not required in a situation.
5. depends on the career, but yes.

8. Good: being chased by a dinosaur Bad: being at a funeral.

10. I don't know for sure, but by basing my logic on the past i'm going to say easier. If we survive credit crunch, we will eventually get cleaner fuels and technology will improve.

Note: i am not high on the dust from an encyclopedia right now.

What a question! Withthe life I lead I could probably write a novel, but I'll to keep my answers shiort and concise.

1.What do you think Stress is?
Stress is the discomfort your body experiences (physical or emotional) when conditions arise (unexpected or not) where your optimal or normal state of well-being is disrupted or taxed.

2.On a scale of 1-10 how much stress do you deal with on an average day?
It varies widely, upon the situations that I have to face, I'd say 5-10, everyday.

3. What do you do to relieve stress?
Listen to rock music, watch videos, DVDs or TV, draw, write, chat or RP online, drive or work on my car, workout, run, bike, or some other sport, and of course, masturbate.

4.Do you think stress is healthy or unhealthy?
Unhealthy, of course. But it's almost impossible to avoid it unless you're an extremely wealthy orphan *Didn't help Kaiba, lol* or hermit.

5.Do you think people have to much stress in modern days?
Of course! Especially with the economy being like it is, most people do have to worry about meeting their financial responsibilities under ever-increasing pressures. Also, modern times have most people multi-tasking, trying to get everything done; dealing with family, friends, lovers, school, jobs, bills...and so on.

6.What is the biggest cause of stress in your life?
Meeting financial responsibilties.

7.How often do you get more stress than you can handle?
Quite often. Sometimes it feels like everyday.

8.Do you think there are times where stress is good and times where stress is bad? If so give an example.
Most stress is bad and unhealthy. Good stress would be like in competition; whether sports, school, work...trying to achieve.

9.How much does stress affect your day to day life.
Very much so.

10.Do you think the next few years will be easier or harder? Explain.
I'd say easier. Hopefully, this economy will turn around and I'll be off on my own, living by myself, somewhere else. (That way I'd not only be lonely...but alone, as well. :s)
