"Nah, technology's developed enough that if it were to work, we would look normal...corruption though...hmmm, well as long as you don't try searching for cheap porno I wouldn't worry about viruses." Finally finding his wallet, Crimson shut the closet and smiled towards Kyo. "Sorry about the wait, lets get going...huh?" Padding over to his machine, he noticed the wire Kyosan had moved, causing Crimson to scratch his head. "This shouldn't be here, the internet feed cable needs to be in the output port." Quickly plugging it into the correct port, Crimson cringed as he was shocked again. This time however something began to happen within the once empty gateway. A dim blue sheet of light started to radiate across the metal archway, beckoning all who laid eyes on it.

"Uhm.... was it supposed to do that, or is it actually on?" Kyosan paused, noticing both Crimson's shock and then the gateway glowing blue, slowly walking towards it. "Because if it isn't on, damn that's some nice light." He muttered, standing in front of the metal archway while thinking to himself. Hmm... shame, it'd be fun to see how they appeared on the internet virtually...

"Light...what light?" Crimson shivered for a few moments from the electrical shock, his fur a bit haphazard. He moved besides Kyosan to see the odd blue light almost begging for them to step inside. "Blue?! The internet is supposed be a silver color. What is this?" He reached over for a broom leaning beside the machine and stuck it in before bringing it back out, the broom looking perfectly fine. "Well, I guess we'll be fine if we see where this portal leads. Do you want to take a quick look with me, Kyo?"

"Well, if the broom perfectly survived, I think we'll be alright. Let's try it then," Kyo nodded, looking once again upon the blue portal before then curiously sticking his finger into it, before withdrawing it again. "You first, I'll follow."

"As long as I don't get shocked again." Crimson stepped forwards through the blue rectangle of energy, feeling lighter than air for a brief moment.

Walking through to the other side, Crimson blinked upon seeing the odd world around him, with twisted green plant life and an eerie orange sky above. Other than the mildly chilling wind brushing the leaves, there was no sign of movement around the grassland. "Hmmm, a place this weird must be Australia...which is definitely not the internet, damn! Well, back to the drawing board." Crimson was about to turn back to the blue doorway when something small leaped out and latched to his back. "Ack, under attack!"

Taking a gulp and closing his eyes, Kyosan stepped forward into the blue portal. He was surprised when he ended up stepping on something that wasn't metal... yet... grass-like. If at anything, this couldn't have been the internet was what was running through his mind- yet matters turned when he noticed the critter upon Crimson's back, alerting himself. "What the-?!"
"Aha! I got you!" The little critter giggled, wrapping it's arms around the fox and hugging it closely while wagging it's tail about; it's voice resembling that of a teenage girl. "Been waiting for ya, Crim!"

Crimson's wide eyes started to calm down once he heard the playful girl's voice. "You know my name?" Curious as to who was hugging him, he turned himself around in her arms, rubbing his eyes to make sure he wasn't imagining things. Before him was a small dragoness with aquamarine scales and an endearing smile. "Wait...aren't you a digimon, from that show...Aquaveemon?"
Once Kyosan had entered the strange reality, another small and stealthy figure moved through the grass. The ebony feline choose to sit on his shoulder, her deep green eyes looking at him with a certain curiousity. "Hello, Kyosan. I'm glad you finally arrived."

"Yup yup!" The Aquaveemon giggled cheerfully, letting go of him before standing up straight. She wasn't that tall- only up to at the most his leg height. Her wide innocent eyes stared upon the taller fox with interest, as she then placed a claw to her lip. "I don't know about a show... but I am an Aquaveemon definately. A Digimon too."
Surprised by the course of actions, Kyosan easily came off his focus and blinked, gulping before taking a look to the sudden guest who had decided his shoulder would be their seat; his eyes catching onto the feline that had done so. "And you know my name too... so, might I know who you are?" He enquired curiously.

Crimson stopped to think about this for a moment before an almost childish grin grew across his muzzle. "So that means we're in the digital world...man, that's some portal!" Before the scientist got too far ahead of himself, he knelt down so he could see eye to eye with the rookie. "It's nice to meet you, AquaVeemon. Mind if I call ya Aqua for short or do you already have a nickname?"
The feline agreed it was only fair to tell him as she declared, "My name is Gatomon." Looking closely at the dragon she was sitting on along with the fox off to the side, she started to think aloud, "You know it's strange...we were told humans were coming here, but then again I guess we didn't really know what to expect. Well, in any case, it's a pleasure to finally meet you."

"Well, I wouldn't mind. Though I like to be called Lurea, I suppose," The small Aquaveemon suggested, staring into the black-haired fox's eyes along with his gaze, before ruffling a small claw through his hair. "Is that all right with you... Crim..sy?" She murmured, before giggling cutely at the discovery of a new nickname of her own for him.
"A pleasure to meet you then too, Gato." Kyo smiled, wagging his tail behind him slightly in joy before then looking up to her again. "So... Gatomon is your name... any little nickname I can think of so it makes things a lot nicer for us both?" He asked politely.
