I'd like to get rid of the loose skin around my chest and belly from where I used to be fat, but I'm still hoping that will go away on its own. If it doesn't, okay, just means I'll have the body of a professional fighter rather than a professional model.

Well the process is called foreskin restoration, and basically you "tug" your skin to form a new sheath over your glans. The tugging process causes new skin cells to form and grow into a new foreskin. I've already made some progress and I can see where the new cells are gorwing, my cock is also rolls much nicer and will have a nice new foreskin when i am done.

No. You're technically replacing what you lost, besides, and furthermore, the foreskin provides no special function whatsoever, so having it after you didn't does not count as some enhacement. Maybe it'd fall into the 'Repair' category.
