Emulator!

I'm looking to find the PS1 Emulator.

I've checked out a bunch, but there was always a problem with each one.

- Ohh... a files missing... try re-installing
- Ohh... you need to config the video before you can play...
- Ohh... you need to download some other shit... yeah...

God!

Please, someone, give me a link or something to get a download for the emulator that ACTUALLY WORKS!

ePSXe works for me, but you have to really tweak and experiment with the configurations in order for it to work properly. Still can't get Resident Evil to work right.

Yeah, ePSXe is the one to try, but you have to be patient and download a LOT of plugins and fiddle with them to get something actually playable. Regardless of what you do, though, there will be some games that remain screwy unless you mount the ROM image onto a CD and play it that way (Resident Evil 3, for example).

That is true ;-; Resident Evil Director's Cut works perfectly with sounds and stuff, but RE2 and 3, and other Capcom titles such as MegaMan Legends and MegaMan Legends 2 keep screwing up sound-wise. Sniff.
