With the release of Fallout 3 a couple weeks or so ago, I wondered you all thought of it or the series in general. So has anyone else given it a go?
Fallout 3 was a really fun game even if it did feel like Oblivion with guns (but it was made by Bethseda, so that makes sense). I felt they did a better job with the main quest than in ESIV and you can spend hours exploring the massive D.C. wasteland. Those head shot animations were pretty spectacular too. There were still moments where I saw NPCs moving oddly into things and occasionally the game would crash (though they are releasing a patch). Overall though, I enjoyed it even though it wasn't like it's two predecessors.
