Child Level Digimon are what I usually see as cute. Renamon as beautiful, yes, but not in the "I want to fuck her" way, but the way a non-furry, non-pedophile Person finds her beautiful.

In case of Piyomon being unpopular, it probably has to do with the fact that she turns into some huge, quite masculine Bird Man Digimon.

You might also notice that Palmon, Floramon, Renamon and Tailmon are far more humanoid than Raramon or Piyomon. ( Remember: Walking on two legs=/=humanoid )

You see them as balloons. Or getting inflated, that's why you find them attractive. They are easily inclined to your fetishes and as easily, you can fantasy about them with no problem.
