Yeah, my Laptop died on me and my PC Blue-Screens when not on safe mode, which doesn't allow drives or the port where I connect my speakers, mic or headset to work.
I was just wondering if anyone here knows a way for me to get the CD burner and speakers to work while on safe mode? Thanks bunches.

Hm and you may have to do a force boot go into your windows menu prior to start up and see if that works. there should be boot from CPU on there, and from that you can try and do a force boot, and boot it back to windows whatever normal mode.

a force boot is a backdoor before your computer loads the software for the OS it will ask you to go to set up and say like an F11 or F12 (It may be different depending on computer) but you go there and you will go through all the menu's their should be one labeled as force boot if not then you have to change it to "boot from hard drive" what this does is forcing the computer to boot from the HD. After that is done, and it boots to your OS make sure you clean up the problems and restart the computer. This allows the computer to relax and get of safe mode. It should be fine after.

Another idea would be to take out your hard drive and bring it to a computer shop that allows for virus removal (usually around 20$). If it's porn, well that's why they have you sign a form saying that any information they find during the scan (illegal or not) was "never seen".
