i believe its on ' marks and " marks that it does it.

it replaces a few ' and " marks with a �.

Yes! I tried to spell fiance like that and the e becomes a weird symbol!

i haven't had a problem but earlier i tried clicking buttons and it woould say it opened a page saying it couldn't open the stream

the only thing i've seen before this thread is the little A's with a ^ above them.

I tend to see lots of those As Blue Rover is talking about in Marine's and cboy's/sonrouge's posts.

The question mark thing is done by the "" characters that come from Microsoft Word, it seems the forum's software doesn't recognize them.

Rogue question marks show up sometimes, as well as those question mark diamonds and capital A's with a circumflex accent.

yeah, it happens to odd characters like letters with accents above them. also ' and ".

Yes, I saw it in Misty and Autumn's posts often.
