day 1 of work, boss sure let u read the 'black and white' job functions.

last line is 100% always 'perform the jobs that r told by supervisor'.

there were 10 lines but only last line is applicable.

Boss, next time, pls save ur time and my time, just say 'perform the jobs that r told by supervisor'. Coz i am not doing the other functions as listed.

Real example:
Sales assistant:
According to the list, the job is very simple: promote and sell the product.

But in fact, have to do filling, documents, accounts and deliver goods. All these functions are not listed in the agreement.

Boss said, "perform the jobs that r told by supervisor'.

So, title is Sales Assistant, but actually is worse than Office Boy.

Really. Office Boy just deliver goods, no need do filling, documents, accounts and sales.

And even worse, same salary and benefits. Sales Assistant deliver goods no petrol allowances but Office Boy got.

ppl said the job functions list is a guide line, so that u know what r ur basic jobs. But the prob is: the works I do r totally not on the list.
