i can't find the theme to runaway locomon! i've looked everywhere but everythings a no no! please offer help!

-Open your mIRC and type /server irc.rizon.net
-Type /j nipponsei
-Type !list on the channel and type /ctcp Z`ippo[SERV] Music
-Highlight the user's command in order to enter the Fserv. It should begin with /ctcp
-you'll be redirected to user's Fserv.

List of commands you should know :

dir - display the file.
cd < space > folder name - change directory
get < space > file name - to get the file
cd.. - return to previous directory

Everytime you change the the directory, you must type dir to view the list of file or directory

The soundtrack is located under DIGIMON TAMERS > BOUSOU DIGIMON TOKKYUU ORIGINAL SOUNDTRA

2. It's a server where you can enter user's hard drive.
3. Yes. Most of the music is in MP3 format.

I'll assume you've tried Limewire or kazaa lite, but have you tried torrent sites like mininova?

if you don't know what a torrent is, wikipedia it.

yeah i do know what it is...but i have yet to try the method lonely wolf has suggested....i am but a stranger to mIRC so if lonely could talk me through it that would be great
