also whats the SDP about considering im an elven half black dragon i might be interested in joining that too

But, I will guarantee you even if you try you probably won't get in. You have to be worthy in the eyes of the people already in the SDP as they vote to let you in or not.

go to your CP, (control panel) and scroll down, and click Group Memberships. after that its so simple a monkey could do it.
