"Alright... You might feel a sudden pulling sensation" he said as the transporters locked onto them both. And, as he had warned her, the transportation caused a sudden feeling of being yanked forward by the belt before the blackness of dematerialization.
When they reemerged from the transport, they were standing in what looked like a large garage, populated by M/ECA parts, power tools, cranes, lifts, clamps and all manner of other things. Andrew sighed as Tachikaze reached up and pulled its head free, allowing him to shake his head rapidly, freeing his hair from the confines of the suit. The back of the suit popped open with a pnuematic hiss, allowing him to pull his thin, weasel-like frame out of the suit. He pressed something inside the suit, causing it to close up again before he plugged a large cable into Tachikaze's back, setting it to recharge. He turned to look at Serra, smiling slightly as he ran his fingers through his headfur.
"Welcome aboard the Maelstrom. A Nova-class cargo ship I rebuilt myself... She's a tempermental piece of work, but she's never failed me yet..." He said, smiling. Andrew was dressed in what looked like a spandex body suit, leaving very little to the imagination. It was a necessity for him. It stopped his clothes and fur from getting caught inside the suit or generating static, potentially damaging sensitive internal components.
