Overreact much?
#1
Seems you can't look anywhere without hearing about the Agua teen promo that got alot of people up in arms. These guys put up light brites of a mooninite giving the finger and they got arrested for it because they could have been a bomb or something. If someone was gonna place a bomb somewhere why would they be stupid enough to actually put lights on it that would draw attention?

That was fucking stupid!! How could you mistake those for a bomb threat? Well one good thing is that Cartoon Network got their advertisment out. Now they gat a national advertisment tha their new movies is comming out because it it. So in a way its kind of a good thing that they thought it was a bomb scare..they got more advertisement :P

The bomb squad is suppost to be able to tell if it's a bomb or not this is just an excuse for a escape goat to cover up there mistakes.

Living in Boston, I experienced firsthand the trouble it caused. The T was down for several hours, and roads were blocked. The authorities took it pretty seriously.

Personaly, I think it's better to be safe than sorry. The first one that was called in was attached to a stanchion that holds up part of the I-93.

Of course, it was there for almost 2 weeks before anyone noticed, so I guess it didn't really matter. ^_^

It's a bit silly on all sides.

As paranoid as it sounds: To give us a simple warning that they aren't the only ones thinking about that, and even if they are arrested or detained, their comrades will be ready to follow up while the attention is on the arrested guys.

And cutting the crap off, man, never thought grown-ups would react like this to a cartoon show, I mean, ain't teenagers and kids the ones to be with fucked up brains from watching these kind of shows?

Yeah, both sides were acting a bit boneheaded in this situation, but I agree with senjuro about being safe than sorry. And what a waste of time doing all that over ATHF anyways.

I don't like watching ATHF. for some reason, it annoys me. normally I would watch it, but I can't stand it. it's no better than Sons of Butcher, but I watch that.

I never heard of any terrorist bomb threats recently. they probably just never aired it, or I keep missing it.
