I'm glad my state alone (New York) has lowered the age from 18 to 17... Personally, the thought of eight year olds having sex is not right to me - BUT! The thought of 13 or 14 years old having sex is, like, the norm for me and people I know - so frankly, let them have all the sex they want.

I'm not saying preteens and teens CAN'T have sex if they wanted to, I'm just saying they don't understand the responsibilities and reprecussions. That pretty clearly states, yes an eight year old boy CAN have an erection. They can orgasm as well. It's just most times they shoot blanks.
