To me, if they are 13 and up then it's alright. And it's a known fact that what you think about could end up being your actions, even if unintented. But good luck to you as an artist.

i like the pics they look nice. I myself can't draw stick figures too well so i have no reason to critizie some of the people who draw here lol. these are nice though, i didn't want the last line make anyone think i thought otherwise its just some of the pics in the past have been pretty odd looking in the past that i remember. but like i said i can't complain really cause i can't do anything better. lol

Not quite. A picture is only illegal if it's of an identifiable and real person, who appears to be under 18, shown in a sexual context. Drawn pictures are art and are not subject to child pornography laws. They are, however, subject to the obscenity law, which is really a slap on the wrist and court order to destroy the drawing in question.

The ACLU (american civil liberty union[I think]) has been trying to legallise(how ever it's spelled) child porno and the legal age for sex changed from 18 down to the young age of 8.
