It is on Photobucket,But when I add it all it does is reload the page and plus the avatar is below 6kbs(which is dumb,it should be higher)

Are you sure your putting your url in the right spot. I spent nearly 2 weaks going "wtf" cuz I was doing everything right. The pictures I had were perfect size and everything. But the whole time I was putting the url in the wrong space. Might want to check that!!

Just put it the URL in the "Link Off-Site Avatar" Box.
