I have a good avitar but I can't upload it...

Slight problem... I have an origional avitar just sitting in my hard drive.

Width: 79
Height: 77
Size: 1.59 KB
Format: JPG

For some reason, after I have got it's location in the correct box and clicked 'Submit', it comes up with an error message. Something along the lines of Access Denied.

Can someone please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong because I'm not so sure.
